Jonathan Hall joined the firm as Of Counsel in May 2025 and works across all of its practice areas.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hall practiced commercial litigation. During law school, he served as a student attorney in the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Transactional Clinic, advising small businesses and nonprofits on formation, governance, and compliance issues.
Mr. Hall earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2023 with a Business Law Concentration. He was selected as a Business Law Fellow and focused his studies on tax law, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Hall earned a B.A. in Politics and a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 2020. He also earned a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Mark Young joined the firm as Of Counsel in June 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Young was an in-house counsel at a financial-services firm where, among other things, he managed several major litigations resulting from the 2007-2008 financial crisis. Before that, Mr. Young was an Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where he represented clients in a wide variety of commercial areas and legal subject matters, including contract law in the health-care sector, fraud in the pharmaceutical sector, securities law, employment discrimination, environmental law, antitrust law, constitutional law, and attorney-malpractice. After law school, Mr. Young clerked for the Hon. Harold Baer, Jr., U.S. District Judge in the S.D.N.Y.
Mr. Young earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2002 and his B.A. (English) from Columbia College in 1988.
