Taylor N. Perretti is an associate attorney with the firm. Her practice covers all areas that the firm handles: representing investors against their brokerage firms and other financial institutions; representing financial services professionals in disputes with their employers; representing financial services professionals who are the subject of regulatory inquiries or investigations; and consulting on litigation risk.

Ms. Perretti earned her J.D. from New York Law School, graduating in 2019. While at NYLS, she was on the Dean’s List, an Associate to the Center for Business and Financial Law, an Associate to the Center for International Law, received the merit-based Dean’s Scholarship and Ronald H. Filler Scholarship, and participated in the NYLS London summer program.

Ms. Perretti earned her B.B.A. in business management and B.A. in foreign language from James Madison University, graduating in 2016. During her college career, she was on the Dean’s List, a finalist in the Jackson-Rainey Business Plan Competition, a member of both Alpha Sigma Alpha National Sorority and Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, and participated in the JMU Reggio di Calabria summer program.

Abigail Prinn joined the firm as an associate attorney in May 2023 and works in all of its practice areas.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Prinn practiced estate planning and tax law. She has served on nonprofit boards and has experience in nonprofit fundraising as well.

Ms. Prinn earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2005. While at Northwestern Law, she was on the Dean’s List and received the Pollard Scholarship and a Len Rubinowitz Public Interest Fellowship. She also served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of International Human Rights and authored and published Girl Soldiers in Northern Uganda: Do Current Legal Frameworks Offer Sufficient Protection? Northwestern University Journal of International Human Rights, Spring 2005.

Ms. Prinn earned a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Barnard College in 2000.
